Wilderness Medicine Adventure Course

The wilderness medicine course environment, instructors and guides will immerse its participants in a specialized, wilderness medicine curriculum that utilizes the unique geography of Patagonia and the Futaleufu valley, developing wilderness medicial solutions that are practical, effective and often improvisational.

The course vision is to create a wilderness medicine course that empowers its participants with the skills necessary to provide state-of-the-art medical care and leadership in the remote, wilderness adventure setting.

Each day will be filled with intense outdoor activities intertwined with applied wilderness medical case scenarios, formal didactics and peer-driven discussions. Although Continuing Medical Education Credit (CME) is only available for physicians, we designed this course to educate all who are passionate about the wilderness and want to immerse themselves in wilderness medicine.
